The problem

You are on five channels and none of them works well. Every week you start something new and stop it before it could have worked.

Why founders get it wrong

More channels feels like more chances. Early on it just spreads you too thin to learn anything from any of them.

The decision rule

The decision rule

Pick one channel that can plausibly reach your buyer, and give it enough focused weeks to prove itself before adding a second.

The plan

  1. List where your buyer already spends attention.
  2. Pick the one channel you can run consistently for eight weeks.
  3. Define one number that tells you it is working.
  4. Run it weekly. Improve the weak step, do not switch channels.
  5. Only add a second channel once the first is repeatable.

Do this today

Do this today

Write your funnel steps and circle the single number leaking the most.

What good looks like

You can bring the next buyer on purpose, not by luck, through one channel you understand.

Failure mode

Channel-hopping. If you cannot say why last week's channel failed, you did not run it long enough to learn.
